NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION SESSIONS

A block of four sessions to strengthen, tone and regulate the nervous system. These sessions are therapeutic; we will use Felt Sense exercises and various breathing patterns for regulation and emotional release to help you (re)build an adaptable, flexible and strong foundation of inner support.

If you are on a growth and transformation journey and want to incorporate breathwork to support your process, these sessions are a must. We cannot meet our higher visions if our nervous systems can not support our growth.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is one of the most profound methods of releasing trapped emotions that lay dormant in the body, offering a potent opportunity for self-discovery and the healing of old wounds.

By entering an altered state of consciousness through the conscious connected breath, we allow the mind to relax its grip and soften into the wisdom of the body.

These sessions will expand your consciousness, release the physical manifestations of trauma and increase vitality.

TRANSCEND: Meeting Your Unconscious Creative

3 months 1:1 preparing your vessel to be a gateway to access a considerably expanded creative experience of life.
