Who am I
an initiator
I spark ideas and new ways of thinking and doing in people. I don’t give you a map, but help you create the optimum conditions so that your deepest knowing can surface. I work best with those at the beginning of something. Hearing the subtle call. Not yet sure exactly what it is, but aware of being on the precipice of life-shifting change.

I hold science and mysticism with equal reverence and I believe the most interesting territory exists precisely where they meet; in your unique experience of life. When we restore the body to its natural intelligence, we unearth its innate signal. This is where your intuition will let you play, willingly, in the unknown. Because, how well you play (and rest) in the unknown, in presence, directly correlates with how at ease you can be in life, and how creative you can be with life.

I work with you at the intersection of the body and the creative self. I use somatic and creative practices, conscious connected breathwork, energy work and the transformative power of language to help you return to your own original signal. This is not about fixing, or the need to be improved, it’s about remembering who you were, before the world gave you a script.

I bring clarity and initiations to those that I work with as I know how vital it is to honour the pull you feel towards deepening your relationship to the the earth, to yourself and to the cosmos. Our systems are collapsing and this requires many more of us to be in tune with the natural rhythms of existence, whilst living in a way that doesn’t just serve the self.
We are going back to humanity’s root systems, our stable foundations, which have been increasingly lost in our capitalist, patriarchal existence.
